Nathan Cooper Discussing Law's Response to Poverty

October 2015

Earlier this year Nathan Cooper took part in a conference on poverty, water and sustainable development in the South, organised by the Comparative Research Programme on Poverty (CROP). Several conference speakers, including Nathan were asked to give a short interview, sharing their perspectives on the causes of poverty and appropriate responses to poverty, including the relevance of the Sustainable Development Goals. It is interesting to see that contributors identify a broad range of causes and responses to poverty, which reflects the rich blend of research perspectives that inform the work of CROP.
